**All Democrats MUST register prior to 10:00 am to participate and must be a Michigan Democratic Party Member. All Democrats interested in delegate or alternate positions to the National Convention MUST submit an application to the Michigan Democratic Party BEFORE 5:00 pm, February 28, 2008.   Please call 517-371-5410 to request an application form.
